If you’ve met me through “Psychology Best Practice” you’ll already know that I’m super interested in sharing ways to get change happening by changing unconscious conditioning. It’s literally the only way that real, permanent change can happen.
So now we’re going to apply that specifically to weight loss, and coming very soon will be chapters from a book which is still at the edit stage, and which I hope you’ll find incredibly exciting and inspiring, because this really is different.
I’ll also be putting up videos of people I call my “VIP guinea pigs” who kindly offered to be filmed before and after a 5-minute treatment directed various eating problems.

Yes, I’ll probably charge a little bit if I end up having to put a lot of work in to support people and answer their questions, or if I’m running live webinars, but basically everything will be here for free: the chapters, the videos, the how-to tips. So you can just subscribe without paying a cent if you want.
Why free? Because overweight and obesity are killing people, and you and I together can do something about it, can save lives, and can make the world a better place.
