It’s absolutely no secret that nothing in the weight loss world has worked for the majority of people, if we use the word “worked” to mean that the weight really does stay off. There are lots of reasons for that, which I’ve written about extensively over the years, and it probably won’t suprise you if you’ve been reading my stuff for any length of time that my position is full-on blaming automatic (conditioned) thoughts, feelings and behaviours around food.
In the coming articles I’m going to share the problems with current weight loss strategies, as well as actual videos demonstrating techniques to quite literally switch off non-hungry eating due to cravings or “overliking”, habitual or situational eating, and of course emotion-linked eating. It’s something that no other strategy yet devised, including Ozempic-like medications, and including even bariatric surgery, can promise.
So here’s my promise. I will explain the whole deal in great detail. No holds barred.
But, I need your help. Firstly if you’re fed up with everything under the sun that you’ve already tried, and ready for a very different approach, please refer friends or colleagues. Secondly if you have an interest in public health and an inkling that you might like to actually become a weight loss therapist (boy does the world need you!) then spread the word to others who may in the future become your clients.
Why? Because by myself I can have pretty much no impact in the scheme of things. But together we really can turn around this epidemic of overweight and obesity and actually save lives and dramatically improve quality of life. And that’s what matters, isn’t it.
So go ahead and refer (and enjoy the gifts I’ve set up to say thanks), and also if you’d like to offer yourself as a guinea pig in a demo video, that will help others to really get the method down pat, please let me know! It’ll be fun!
Next article I’m going to explain a method for switching off “overliking” very quickly and permanently. Takes a little time to “get” it, but only minutes to implement after that. See you soon!
